Check-in: 15h00 – 21h00
Check-out: Until 11h00
Early check-in: An early check-in is permitted without an additional cost if the circumstances allow it. Please contact us in advance to see if it is possible.
Late check-in: A late check-in is permitted if possible. Please contact us in advance for information.
Late check-out: We can offer a late check-out until 13h00 for €15,00/room.
departure later than 13h00: In case of a departure later than 13h00 we are forced to charge the costs of an extra night.
Payments
All our prices are for an overnight stay excluding breakfast, tourist tax and parking. Breakfast can be ordered as a supplement.
We can make changes to the invoice at the latest until the time of check-out. After that, our system unfortunately no longer allows modifications.
A reservation is only confirmed when we have received full payment. Until this moment we have the right to unambiguously adjust or cancel the reservation.
Each payment also automatically confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions as described on this page.
Non-Smoking
B&B MUSA is a smoke free environment. Smoking inside the building will lead to a fine of €200.
Pets
We love animals but have decided not to allow them in our B&B.
Liability
B&B MUSA cannot be held liable for theft, damage or loss of goods during your stay at the B&B.
You remain responsible for your own belongings at all times.
Damage as well as theft to or in the rooms/property of B&B MUSA will be charged.
A cleaning fee of €200 will be charged if the smoking or animal ban is not respected.
A
All our rooms are equipped for a maximum of 2 persons. If it turns out that there are more guests staying in the room than specified when booking, we are forced to charge additional fees.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations from 3 – 0 days before arrival will be charged at 100%
Cancellations from 7 – 3 days before arrival will be charged at 50%
Cancellations from 14 – 7 days before arrival will be charged at 25%
Cancellations +14 days before arrival will be fully refunded
Concerning Covid-19 or similar pandemics: also in these cases the cancellation policy as described above will apply, unless otherwise agreed upon with B&B MUSA.
All changes to a reservation or cancellations of a reservation must be made by e-mail directed to B&B MUSA.
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, B&B MUSA has the right, at all times, to cancel the reservation free of charge.
Any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, execution of the agreement, or the invoicing or billing falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the district of Antwerp.
